  • Sale of refurbished electronic modules for fuel dispensers
  • Repair and refurbishment services
  • Exchange programs (defective part return required)
  • Supply of fuel dispenser components

Products are intended primarily for professional and B2B use.

3. Orders

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders
  • Limit quantities
  • Request additional verification before shipment

Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance until payment is received and processed.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are shown in EUR.
  • Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping costs are calculated separately.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

For EU VAT-registered companies, reverse charge may apply where applicable.

5. Payment Terms

Orders are shipped only after full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
  • Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details.

7. Exchange Program (Core Return Policy)

For exchange-based products:

  • The customer must return the defective/original part within the agreed timeframe.
  • Returned parts must not be physically damaged beyond repair.
  • Failure to return the core may result in additional charges.

Returned items must be properly packaged.

8. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Refurbished products carry a limited warranty (typically 3–12 months).
  • Warranty covers functional defects under normal operating conditions.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
    • Incorrect installation
    • Electrical surges
    • Unauthorized modification
    • Physical damage
    • Improper use

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the technical and industrial nature of our products:

  • Returns are accepted only by prior agreement.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable.
  • Used or installed products are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds, if approved, are processed after inspection.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fuel Electronics Systems shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profit or business interruption
  • Improper installation or misuse

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
